Currently, oral fluid testing is still prohibited in DOT-Regulated situations. Following a review of comments (that can still be submitted by March 30, 2022), DOT will issue final guidelines for the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM). Mercedes Scientific received an alert from Current Consulting Group, LLC, and now passes this information on to current and potential consumers.
